Recipients of Microsoft Dynamics™ Customer Excellence Award for Innovation

Long Beach, California — Silver Bullet Technologies, LLC., a Microsoft Gold Certified ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and its customer, Price Transfer, Inc. were recognized by Microsoft® with a 2011 Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Award for Excellence in Innovation.  The two companies will be honored by Microsoft executives at an awards luncheon on Monday, April 11, at Convergence 2011 Atlanta, the premier Microsoft Dynamics user conference.

The 2011 Customer Excellence Awards are presented in 19 categories to recognize and celebrate Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments.  Price Transfer Inc. was recognized for its strong commitment to innovation.  The company acquired the Silver Bullet Technologies software solutions for Customs Exams, Warehouse, Harbor Trucking and Yard Management.  Silver Bullet Technologies then elaborated a dynamic full scale integration of the Microsoft Dynamics GP solution resulting in a unique, industry leading automated business environment for the Customs Exams industry.  The new Price Transfer operations system has exceeded their forecasts for efficiencies with a payback period of less than six months for the project.

Established in 1997, the Customer Excellence Awards are awarded each year at the Convergence user conference in the United States. Microsoft Dynamics customers, partners and team members submit nominations. Judging teams for each of the categories rated nominations on category specific criteria. Proposed winners for each category were then presented and reviewed by a panel of Microsoft executive judges for final approval. As part of that final review winning customers were chosen, including the Overall Excellence Award winning customers.
